[*]C.J. Sweet.[/ul]
The year 2020 was a transformative one for C.J. Sweet. Upon her arrival to CCW, she maintained a rather loveable persona and was an all-around fan favorite. All of that changed when challenging for the Christcore Championship though, and so in ushered in her reign which has gone for over half a year now...
Chang Dong Geun is one of the faces that put early CCW on the map, and while he would surely say 3 is too low on the list… We believe it’s perfect for the main who not only partly main evented the first pay per view in the Chamber of God, but also defeated such popular names as Jesus, Allah, God, and more.
None had a more interesting rise in 2020 than Tedmond Montgomery. At first, he seemed to enjoy the notion of what CCW was. But then, it began to be bastardized in some way to him, and he was vocal about that. From there on, he entered a journey for the CCW Championship. Which did end up in a win of it, but, a tragic loss to Angel McMaster who cashed in her briefcase cut his reign too short...
One of the more memorable parts of the year was the reign of Winter Drell who ripped through her competition early on. She had many critics, doubters and more. But ultimately, she proved them all wrong when she captured the CCW Heavyweight Championship and went on a then record breaking reign.
The uncrowned Jacob Kuntz went for some time mainly creating chaos in CCW. He could be found making anarchy for several people whether it was Willie Pete, the heavyweight championship scene, or most notably Lisa Seldon. He hasn’t been seen since his loss of his World Heavyweight Championship shot to Seldon but… is Dick Guy ever really gone?
The Double Dragons have an undeniable work ethic that has lead to them heavily being featured on CCW programming. In turn, the Dragons have been a force in the Tag division even without the gold… not that their initial reign this year was too shabby, either! One thing is for sure, ranking like this, we won’t have to wait too long to see the Dragons in the marquee matches...
Everyone knows who the Children of the Moon are, and they did what they were known to do upon bursting onto the scene here in CCW. While they debuted later into the year than most, the COTM embarked on a dominant run breaking into our tag division. With defeats of some of the companies biggest names pushing them up this list… Will they maintain that luck into 2021?!
The first CCW World Champion, Chris Constantine Jr. has been a constant force in the company through the year. First the aforementioned reign, then as a looming presence seemingly waiting to regain the gold… Constantine has had a hell of a year here in CCW and we’ll see if he can translate it to a bigger one in 2021.
Few have been as dominant as Siberia Zombie throughout the year, starting with the then Saudi Arabia, now Television Championship which she held dominantly throughout the year off and on. Then as a roving, chaotic figure that has seemingly decided on the CCW World Championship as her ultimate prize.
Santana throughout 2020 positioned himself as a force who could not be reckoned with here in CCW. With memorable bloodbaths against Jason Van Owen and Lisa Seldon, Mitch McMaster, and Angel McMaster… Santana has cemented his name as a player here in CCW, at least in 2020.
Lisa Seldon started off surprisingly in the background for the first part of the year, but slowly developed a catalog of interesting matches. Finally, after earning her shot by fighting every step of the way, Seldon earned her shot at Angel McMaster… will she win the gold?! Or will she enter 2021 on a very sour note?
Chellsea does everything and Brennan does nothing so she makes this list. One of the most powerful women in CCW.
2020 was one of the worst years ever for God, but its still God.
The first-ever CCW Tag Team Champions and a force to be reckoned with. Will this continue in 2021?!
The formation of this team was heavily featured early on in the year, and ultimately has culminated in the two earning a title shot at the tag gold.. For now.
The Killer Baes have entertained throughout the year of 2020 with Astrid and Corrie picking up several feuds and even a few major wins along the way… and now, they add Alexis Ortega to the ranks. They seem closer to the Tag Gold than ever before. Can they enter 2021 bigger than they are now?
Ricki Wilde is neat okay. And she’s undefeated. We stan Ricki Wilde here fam.
Current Combat Crown Champion! She has had a hell of a year, too!
While he has rarely appeared after the Greatest Wrestling With Christ, his reign as Saudi Arabia Champion will be spoken of for years to come..
Paris Traeger burst onto the scene in 2020 cross promoting a show from Paris Traeger Presents, attacking Brennan Devlin and leaving her mark in CCW history.
Magnus has been a steady hand in CCW, he can go wherever he is needed, and be successful there too! He’s one of the very early major players in the Combat Crown division… is there more on the horizon for him?!.
Another early major player but this time in the Saudi Arabia/Television Championship divisions. Lynn would gain the belt early on before making her way into the Golden Ticket division… is there more in her future?! Time will tell.
Another one similar to Magnus, who has held steady throughout the year. Even while being briefly kidnapped in Saudi Arabia, he has stood the test of time, and 2021 is looking brighter than ever for him.
Maxx Bennett has had a fight on her hands being presumed a certain way due to her demeanor, and often subject to Whore in a Church matches. But ultimately, she has overcome this and held the Television Championship once this year… and seems to be angling for a two-fer?!
What didn’t Rivers do in 2020? For a time, he had the record (and still does as of writing) of most Golden Ticket Championship reigns and he is our current Television Champion… Can’t beat that.
Deirdre Evans took time to find her footing here in CCW, but ultimately began on a warpath in several divisions. Roving between Tag, Television and World Championship divisions. The big win has eluded her, but - its looking like her future keeps getting brighter… Who’s to say how it will all turn out soon?!
Cecily Golding initially burst onto our screens as the more attractive and talented best friend of Brennan Devlin. But ultimately won hearts with her powerful offensive and ingenuity in the ring. What will 2021 hold for her?! We don’t know, but she’s 28 in 2020!
Jason Van Owen has been a mainstay of CCW programming, and may literally still be lying unconscious bleeding out as we type this. He’s a hell of a fighter and suffered a lot of head injuries so for liability reasons we’re putting him here.
The most unexpected musical star of 2020. If this were top music stars in wrestling in 2020, she would be 1 and Howie Doo would be 2. But in the early parts of the year, Hunter would feud Ashley LaShae and her cult, gaining significant wins, before ultimately taking the journey into music… wtf.
Neve Marx has done everything in 2020. She’s been a host, a wrestler, a presenter, you name it, she’s done it! As one of the faces of CCW programming, she’s lit up our screens and things can only get bigger from here!
Heather Haze has been all over the place in 2020. She’s feuded Taylor Lynn, while simultaneously teaming with her, before finding her way into the Golden Ticket division where she has nearly broken records… as well as even going for the Combat Crown and feuding the likes of Azi and more! Heather Haze’s success only grows and will continue in 2021.
Everyone’s favorite demon had humble beginnings in CCW, but ultimately went on a tear that gained her a monumental Combat Crown Championship reign which lasted quite sometime… Now with no gold, a very blood thirsty Azi clearly wants more gold, but what will it be?!
Dulce has been a jack of all trades. She is the director of merchandise in CCW, but began showing wrestling skill with several Golden Ticket Championship wins… and oddly, seems to have some sway with management? Either way, a constant feature of 2020 and she’ll clearly be featured in 2021 as well!
Every cat that comprises her could gain a spot on this list, but we settled on the amalgamated being that is Allister Meowly. She’s held Golden Tickets and been in the mix for several other singles belts… a shoe-in for another major title in the future if she keeps this up… One thing is sure, 2021 will only get better for this cat!
Some would say he is still running in the corn to this day.
A beloved CCW fan favorite, everyone’s gotta have Faith, including this list. One of the few non wrestlers to appear here… Well she wrestles now, kind of. We love you Faith! Best general manager!
Mitch McMaster has been everywhere Angel McMaster is, watching, protecting, and he will likely continue to do so in 2021 unless his old ass dies.
Essence had a weird 2020, being banned from Saudi Arabia so she couldn’t appear, then coming back to CCW, and so on! Essence has had several marquee feuds and seems to be on the precipice of busting out and being on top!
Deadeye Weston is a stripper cowboy and that alone would get him on this list.
Cowboy’s back to back, well, cowgirls, as Regulators Inc, Sadie Cassidy and Jane Adler make the list! Both ladies have built an impressive run here and the only thing that has eluded them are the tags.. Maybe in the future?!
Rika to some would be considered highly underrated and we agree after looking at her body of work this year, do not sleep on her! 2021 is shaping up to potentially be her year, if she keeps up her hard work and dedication she showed through 2020!
A newer face to CCW, the team of S&M immediately made an impact feuding with Regulators Inc. They seemed to continue to grow as a rather risque sort of unit, and now are on a collision course with the Tag Champs as well as their Cowgirl rivals...
Skylar Knight was a near unbeatable presence early in this year, having a few great matches with Winter Drell which were fought for the Golden Ticket Championship. Knight would hold the record early on for most reigns as well...
At one point, Wendy became queen of toilet paper in 2020.
Willie Pete was arrested sometime ago for the murder of one ‘Pretty’ Ricky Stanton. This villian killed the man with explosives in a match in our company. So he’s here.
Aegidius has impressed after a later in year debut than most… He’s quickly made an impact alongside Essence, and it only looks to grow in 2021!
When you see that look in his eyes, makes you believe he’s one of a kind, fear he leaves in the back of his mind, makes you believe he is one of a kind. He is RVD, the whole effing show. Von Terminator. Von Crushinator. Von Assassinator.
The Ashleys were intent on brainwashing members of our roster into their cult of pink loving rich bitches and they almost did it in 2020. Almost.
They had several early major matches with Winter Drell and the Double Dragons, coming close several times to the Tag Team gold… But didn’t quite get it. Still, hell of a 2020 boys.
Cartier was featured in several matches in 2020 for seemingly one off appearances, before winning the historic Pie Baking Contest and getting a sash.
Beloved. Verity is beloved. She lights up the screen whenever she is on and seems to be popular with the CCW audiences. Also, surprisingly in 2020, non-wrestler Verity Sinclaire won the Golden Ticket belt… several times? Wtf.
Saylor Stanhouse took over commentary for Nate Paxton after a contract dispute, and since then, Stanhouse has been a delight. She herself has told us so. Steadily, Stanhouse has made herself a featured presentation beyond just what goes on in the ring.
Kit started off just singing, and since then has been doing every job you can think of. She’s interviewed, announced, presented, and more. And she even held a Golden Ticket in 2020! What can’t Kit do?
Another interviewer, but this time, from the heel side of the room. Felicity Cash has worked several angles in 2020, always stirring the pot with people and more, and she seems to have the ear of management unlike her colleagues. Cash has also won the Golden Ticket several times..
Sydney Vahle has been a fixture on CCW programming but is mainly known this year for commentating on Christ Centered Combat. But don’t let that fool you, Vahles held gold several times in the Golden Ticket Championship!
A relative newcomer to the scene compared to some, Nicola Martin has not only just presented CCW programming. She’s won the Golden Ticket, and survived more than a minute with it!
Mykie Villanueva made a surprise debut to challenge Angel McMaster this year to no avail and has popped up a few times since. In spite of her sparse appearances, Mykie proved an instant World Title level contender and her return should be feared if it were to come in 2021!
Belle had sex to lose and win the Golden Ticket, that was weird.
You can’t wrestle in a thong or whatever you kept asking.
Another beloved babyface, Cynthia had a mixed year with several successes, and a number of pitfalls. But if anything, Cynthia can bounce back and 2021 will only look up!
An early popular babyface in CCW, Cai captured the hearts of the CCW fanbase for the first few months. She ultimately disappeared from CCW television but, could she return someday?!
swish.
The self proclaimed bestie of Hunter Kingman has mainly clinged to Hunter all year, but has had a few surprising successes! Who’d have thought?
She did some stuff when she was here, several Golden Ticket reigns and so on!
I forget if he’s still here.
Baby im a tony sandwich sunday.
He traded a sandwich for a belt.
Fuck u, dumb bitch.
