[ WEEK ONE: ]
MAIMSTREAM: WALMART RUMBLE
We get a cold open where an army of blue vests kick everyone out of Walmart. Everyone panics about what to do, and Corey says set the ring up in the parking lot later that night. This can't possibly go wrong, right?!
OPEN: We start the show with Corey Maim and Dove Van Damme discussing that this show has been re-named due to QT Reese having to exit some events, but they found a suitable substitute. Walmart...'s parking lot. Dove reluctantly warns the crowd that if anyone in a blue vest tells them to leave, just ignore it, that some of the people in the store may not be fully aware of their situation. They welcome everyone to the show as we cut to Austyn May for ring introductions.
WENDY WYNNE vs. HEATHER HAZE in a non-title rematch from a recent CCW show! Haze and Wynne have a decent back and forth before BAMBI, the Maimstream Gore Whore Champion appears on stage. She's studying her previous opponent Haze, and her future one, Wynne. This distraction ultimately causes Wynne to stop and yell some derogatory comments at Bambi. Then she makes some sort of rifle motion like she's shooting Bambi? During this, while it had been looking as if Haze was going to lose... Haze sneaks up behind Wynne and rolls her up! This leaves a very amused grin on Bambi's face as she taunts her opponent for the upcoming Champion vs. Champion match at CCW vs. Maimstream. Haze meanwhile celebrates on the outside, gazing at Bambi's gold, both of them..
We cut briefly to a man in some sort of weird tech van thing watching Kowloon Zombie win the championship from the previous show... He says 'Nice championship, friend' and we get a large CYPHER is coming ad during this segment.
Stephie Rayge is in the back (we use back loosely, its a giant cardboard set we stole) looking lovely as we see HEATHER HAZE run up to her and say she's looking to gain some gold in the future, and lots of it! Whether its Wendys, or Bambi's, its gonna come home!
We go right into MATCH TWO: the WALMART RUMBLE featuring... Everyone! Who? Look at our roster. All of them were in it, but the match comes down to CLAIRE LICHFIELD (she eliminated Dexter Jacobs while he put out Jimmy Pridmore, they were so in this) and ROTGUT. Lichfield would ultimately throw Rotgut out of the ring, ending his streak of eliminations. (Rotgut eliminated six people, he was scary af in this.) At the end of the match, ANNE-ARCHY the Ultraviolent Champion blindsides Lichfield with the belt and stands tall.
We catch up backstage with WENDY WYNNE demanding a recount to interviewer PRUDENCE, she had that match won according to her! She was cheated! Corey Maim says he'll look into it and Wendy says he'd better, as she is the president of television and this piss ant company will never be on TV again!
AND FINALLY the main event, as ring announcer Austyn May throws out! The main event of the evening as Tommy Knox takes on the defending Splatterpunk Champion, KOWLOON ZOMBIE in a rematch from their time traveling epic. The two of them do battle throughout, but this time, a time traveling Kowloon Zombie runs in the ring and accidentally meets Kowloon. Time is sent into a paradox leading to everything freezing, both men would stare at eachother for thousands of years as time began to unravel upon itself. Before ultimately they end up back in the center of the ring fighting, where they were both truly happy. It turned out that life wasn't worth living if they weren't fighting, together. Several near falls were traded from this point with both men looking to gain the victory, and it looking like Kowloon would soon retain. They'd do this again, and again, and both knew it. Knox had Kowloon on the ropes and whispered 'I'm sorry, I love you' before hitting him with his finisher and gaining the pinfall.
Out of nowhere police hit the ring and everyone has to scatter, we see Corey, Dove, Austyn, Prudence and a bunch of Maimstream staff duck into an alley. The police are nearby brutalizing Claire Lichfield, Heather Haze is naked, Santana Johnson and Matt King are full on murdering cops. Tommy Knox is still in the ring taunting as chaos unfolds and we fade as shots are fired.
QUICK WINNERS:
- Heather Haze def. Wendy Wynne via pinfall in a non-title match.
- Claire Lichfield enters in the Walmart Rumble and wins a shot at Anne-Archy's Ultraviolent Championship.
- Tommy Knox defeats Kowloon Zombie via time traveling alternate version of himself to win the Splatterpunk Championship.
CCW: CHRIST CENTERED COMBAT
The show opens with the self proclaimed Favorite, DULCE DESJARDINS accompanied to the ring by ORION. Dulce suggests she's beaten everyone who's anyone, and that they're literally digging up old fossils like MYKIE VILLANUEVA, who apparently still works here. SAYLOR STANHOUSE gets up from commentary, and is soon joined by LUCRETIA, both of whom DULCE had recently beaten. They suggest they're gonna see to it she crashes and burns, this upsets Dulce who sends Orion out to mess with them both. Saylor smirks as we see the LEGACY PRO CHAMPION, ALEXEI KONSTANTIN climb over the barricade and chase Orion off, clearly mad about him previously laying hands on Saylor! Back in the ring, Mykie Villanueva slips up behind Dulce and catches her with her finishing move! Villanueva holds up the Ethereal Championship as Saylor claps to end the segment!
We get the debut of JAX CHAMPLIN as she takes on a CCW regular in COLTON CASH! Jax Champlin has been a standout in our friend, APEX WRESTLING (check them out) and now she's here! Cash puts up a big fight only for Jax Champlins momentum cause her to get out of his finish, she hits him with her finisher I just made up, the Night of Champlins, and its over! After the match, Felicity Cash is checking on her husband and screeches at a confused Jax, who just continues to celebrate.
Following that big victory for Champlin, we go into the next match as ARABELLA EVERS meets former CCW Golden Ticket Champion, CYNTHIA who was accompanied to the ring by her husband DANTE SLADE. Both women square up with the veteran Cynthia taking control early on, but through the match the unorthodox offense of Arabella Evers becomes a lot for her to handle. Cynthia would regain control several times but the rookie newcomer would not quit. Ultimately, the match came to a close when Arabella catches her with a finish, surprise, out of nowhere and Cynthia is rolled up into a pin much to the dismay of her husband on the outside.
In the backstage area, we see Rochelle Emerson, Faith McKinsey, and Chellsea. They're all discussing the show when Brennan Devlin wanders in and they get all quiet. Chellsea and Faith whisper to Rochelle to talk to him. Rochelle approaches and coaxes Brennan out of the room where she unveils to him that the much hyped match between Angel and a mystery opponent at the GENESIS x REVELATION show will be unveiled here in just a second... and it's BRENNAN DEVLIN vs. his 'chosen one', ANGEL MCMASTER. Devlin immediately begins to complain he can't fight her, he'd been the one who recognized her talent! Rochelle looks up at him and begins mentioning that she had once called Brennan her 'chosen one' too and that he needed to do this for her and their friendship, leaving Brennan much to complicate as she hugged him then wandered back to everyone. Was Brennan going to have to face off against a woman who's talents he'd recognized and lead to her biggest push in CCW last year?!
We come back to the ring with COLE BLACK standing by with RUBY RED. Ruby Red takes a microphone and begins to talk of an open challenge, not with her, no. But with her man, her monster, Cole Black. She suggests he will crush anyone who answers the call, and to be ready to walk to their own death. Suddenly the music of DASH DAWKINS blares throughout the arena to Ruby's surprise, as he walks out with some fire in his step. After everything Black had said at Dawkins on twitter about his relationship with the Divine Champion, BAMBI, it seemed he had a bone to pick. Dawkins enters the ring and Ruby seems to be trying to calm things down before she finally relents and steps aside.
The open challenge commences as DASH DAWKINS answers against COLE BLACK! The match started with both men roughly striking eachother, a bit out of Dawkins wheelhouse but something Black had said seemed to stick with the young man. Cole powered through at one point in the match and whipped him off the ropes and took him down with a clothesline. Cole had him down for a bit but Dawkins would power out of it and begin hitting a flurry of offense. At one point it looked like Black was looking to put it away, only for Dawkins to break out of his grasp and whip him off the ropes into a boot to the gut, MAD DASH out of nowhere for a 2 and a half! Ruby on the outside in shock as her protege looked to defeat her monster. He went back at Cole but Cole was back up, shoving him off into the turnbuckle! Cole runs for a clothesline on Dawkins in the corner but Dawkins ducks! He catches Cole with some chops, then a boot in the gut and goes for a MAD DASH again! But Cole slips out of it and shoves Dawkins off! Dawkins comes at him with a head full of fire but nearly gets his head taken off with a clothesline for his trouble! Cole pins him for a 2 and a 1/2, then again for another 2 and a 1/2. Ruby's yelling at Dash to just give up... Cole soon lifts Dawkins up into a Black Kings Crown. Cole would begin to pummel Dash with punches to the face as the referee rang the bell to stop the match.
The crowd had actually gotten a bit behind the normally cocky Dashing Dash Dawkins as he laid in the ring, meanwhile Cole stood over him with his arm raised, disgusted. Cole rolled out of the ring and went to retrieve a chair, bringing it into the ring and putting it around Dash's neck. Ruby seemed to have concerns, some inaudible discussion going on between the two when the crowd goes wild and BAMBI hits the ring with a lead pipe! Cole goes to meet her and eats a pipe to the stomach and then the back for his troubles, Ruby stares her down and rolls out of the ring, and soon Cole retreats as well. Bambi soon kneels down and helps Dash up, leading to the two giving one another a look, and a brief hug (seemingly some thank yous being mouthed there too) before Dash stares out at Cole and yells this isn't over. Meanwhile Bambi taunts Ruby with her Divine and Gore Whore Championships to end the segment.
Next up we'd have AVERAGE JOE taking on SKULL KID #1. Skull Kid #1 is making his CCW return while Average Joe looks to capitalize on recent momentum! Skull Kid #1 and Joe locked up, seemingly equally matched, was it time for singles push Skull Kid #1 or was the singles push of Average Joe too much for him to handle? A seemingly equal match which ultimately culminated on Average Joe just getting by by the skin of his teeth and hitting Skull Kid #1 with a finish to gain the victory. After the match, the crowd chanted for Skull Kid #1 with a 'you still got it' type deal, showing they still supported him as he returned to his CCW journey.
Brennan is conflicted backstage when Angel approaches and wants him to give it his all in his match with her. She requests she wants the 'real' Brennan Devlin, the mean piece of shit everyone hates, and not 'her friend' Brennan Devlin. Brennan is obviously conflicted only for her to slap him, then suddenly he gets up in her face. If she wants it, she's got it!
Up next, we get the rematch of KIRSTY JORDAN vs. LIV MERCER, as Kirsty looks to avenge the loss she took to Liv during the Christ Cup! Kirsty came into this one angry, powering through Liv at several points. Liv would try to get herself disqualified at multiple points only for the referee to not give her a shred of slack but off an exchange during this, Liv would roll Kirsty up for a near fall. This infuriated Liv and she began to yell at the referee, trying to get DQ'd again, but while distracted ranting at the referee, Kirsty would roll Liv up and using her superior bulk hold her down for the three! Liv would get out of the ring and screech that it didn't matter, she still had the Cup and a title shot at whatever she wanted! All the while Kirsty glared at her to end the segment.
We get back to the next match as CONOR MACHINA returns to challenge the VOID, his long time nemesis. Maciie Fatale slithers into the ring alongside the Void as both opponents square up in the center of the ring. Both individuals end up fighting through the crowd, out through the arena! The Void powerbombs Conor off the stage at one point in the match and scores a near fall! The Void drags Conor up to an elevated point in the bleachers and seems to be looking to throw him from the top to the floor! Maciie is yelling do it, but Conor manages to get free! Conor hoists him up and launches him off the bleaches to the floor through some tables and electrical equipment! Sparks blast and erupt from the equipment as some crew tries to fire extinguish him, while Maciie screeches in anger! Conor immediately hooks the leg once he got the chance and scores a pinfall to win a spot in the Gift of God match, but wait!
ANDRE GATES interrupts afterwards and challenges Conor Machina! If Andre wins, he takes Conor's spot in the Gift of God match! Conor being the guy he is, shakes his head and simply says its on, challenge accepted!
We go to the back and MARIAH KENNEDY is standing by with VERITY SINCLAIRE who looks uncomfortable because Mariah is channeling ol' spanky from that episode of King of the Hill (whoever gets this gets a title push). Mariah is excited to face Bembe Brightwell for the Christcore Championship, and she's gonna get it too! She holds up her Maimstream Gorehounds Tag belts only for Maimstreams own DOT to appear beside of her! The forbidden door! They chuckle and wander off togther as Verity looks creeped out.
We get the in ring promo debut of the Farris', TATE AND TUCKER who are all seemingly excited to be here. They playfully banter, and bicker a little back and forth. Before they're ultimately interrupted by the music of CCW interviewer, YARA YAMI for some reason! She'd been seeing Tate Farris for some reason, and Tate seemed to believe she was there to support him. But she quickly reveals that while she's happy he gets his big debut tonight, she has something else in mind, with her disdain for Tucker and Farrah on full display she reveals she's found a client who has a bone to pick with all of them... a dirty, dirty man, and that man is CHASE DEVLIN who enters onto the stage. They share a quick kiss on stage, before the Dirty Devlin stands with his arm wrapped around Yara. Tate looks on, hurt, as Tucker tries to talk him down. Yara wants Tucker vs. Chase, and Chase accepts the challenge, but why wait? Why not tonight? Chase takes the microphone and says a Devlin picks his battles, and he doesn't fight for free. Soon, he backs up the stage with Yara, leaving the Farris' all looking rather miffed.
Coming soon to CCW: VERONICA LEVANDRIER, we get a vignette with the Canadian wrestling star hyping her CCW debut.
But finally in our main event of the evening, CARTIER defends the CCW Combat Crown Championship against RIKA! Rika came in with a head full of steam after Cartier implied she did not know who Rika was, and by a certain point, Cartier seemed to realize her championship reign was in trouble! Cartier began fighting back, at one point hitting Rika with her finish for a near fall, but the fight in Rika was clear here. She would not stay down for any reason whatsoever. At one point, Cartier looked to put it away but Rika dodged a full on ass to the face and hit her finish on Cartier! Rika hooks the tights and wins the championship!
After the match, Rika celebrates her championship win with Pao Chan to end the show! Rika is once again the CCW Combat Crown Champion!
