CCW COUPLES CROWN
SIDE A: ROUND 2
- Bambi and Dash Dawkins vs. Ruby Red and Cole Black
A classic tag match opened with Ruby Red and Cole Black getting an extravagant entrance and meeting with Bambi and Dash. The two couples faced off, clear hate between the two, Black and Red were trainers of Dawkins, Red was the longtime rival of Bambi and now they would do battle.
Both teams would have an interesting back and forth, with Bambi seemingly gaining a lead until Ruby inevitably had to tag out. Bambi would tag Dash in and allow the two men to square up, with Cole having an obvious power advantage. Dash would ultimately break the bigger man down though with quick offense and slipping out of the big mans grasps, causing Cole to make mistakes.
Dash would tag Bambi in and she would nail the Slit Split on Cole, almost getting the pinfall for Ruby to break it up! Cole backed up to the corner and Bambi wanted Ruby! Cole looks to Ruby who wants Bambi and tags her in! The two would square up with Ruby using her more muscular frame to take Bambi to task, backing her into a corner and chopping the deathmatch queen.
Bambi would cover up as the chops caused her to hit the mat! Ruby taunts the crowd before backing up and going for a running boot to Bambi! Bambi dodges and hits her with a Back Stabber! Dash sees Cole trying to come in and catches him with a flying forearm!
Dash turns around to strike Ruby but Ruby flinches and Dash stops, Bambi looks up from the corner giving him a look of what the hell as Black suddenly drops Dash with a massive spinebuster! Bambi goes after Ruby but she skillfully dodges, Ruby is on her tail as she turns around and drops her with the Seeing Red! 1.. 2... 3! On the outside after the match, Bambi and Dash are seen having words of argument, while Red and Black stand tall in the ring to celebrate!
- Clayton Kincaid and Kit vs. Arlo Fenix and Liv Mercer
Arlo was in a dancing mood tonight and Liv was showing off her Christ Cup! They came into the ring confident as Arlo danced around the self proclaimed Queen of Cups. They thought they had it easy. Kit wasn't a trained wrestler and Kincaid while proficient was not quite able to handle them, or so they thought.
The tandem offense of Kit and Kincaid took Arlo off guard, with him literally being slammed face first over Kit's butt at one point and selling it like a gunshot. Kit would choke him in the corner with her long legs, before Arlo quickly tagged Liv in. Kit would tag in Kincaid and the two would lock up.
Kincaid and Mercer had a hell of a back and forth here, with both individuals being well trained. But Liv would take the advantage with an eye rake and her finisher for a near fall. Kincaid would keep at it though, fighting from underneath. Arlo would get tagged in at one point and Kincaid would catch him with the Killshot. Liv would try to rush in to help her man but eat a Rear View from Kit for her troubles. 1... 2... 3! Kincaid pins Arlo and him and Kit move on!
- Cheyenne Walker and Isaac Everett vs. Jesse Morgan and Vince Vance
Chey and Isaac took on the veteran team of Morgan and Vance. A young couple vs. a couple of wrestling veterans, with the vicious Morgan controlling a lot of the match early on, singling out Walker in the corner with repeated stomps. Smashing her limbs with her boot and more to keep the young woman away from her partner, the crowd of course firing up and getting behind Cheyenne too.
Morgan would tag out to Vance who kept the pressure on Walker, but she kept powering out. She'd take Vances kicks and punches and come up striking him! Only for Vance to drop her with a Codebreaker! Vance with a near fall as he drags her up only for her to lift him up and drive him into her corner for the tag! Everett began working on Vance! He couldn't believe it but Everett had control!
Whips him off the ropes and takes his head off with a clothesline leading to Vance tagging out to Morgan and Cheyenne tagging herself in! Everett gets knocked down as Morgan hurls her body into them both upon the tag, sending Everett off the apron! Cheyenne with wicked forearms though once she's back up leaving Jesse reeling. Only for Jesse to boot her in the gut and uppercut her!
Jesse was on the attack when Cheyenne shoves Jesse into Vega who was getting up on the apron with his back turned, knocking him off! Jesse's in shock! Cheyenne rolls Jesse up and hooks her thong! 1... 2... 3! Jesse can't believe it but Chey Walker steals one and moves on! Outside the ring Everett and Walker regroup, kiss and celebrate while Jesse yells in anger.
- Cai Yukiko and Adam Devlin vs. Dexter Jacobs and Amelia Moore
It was the battle of the tried and tested Dexter Jacobs and Amelia against the young couple of Cai Yukiko and Adam Devlin aka the DTF BFFs. The BFFs were in the ring with Cai starting it out with Jacobs, Cai would use her quickness to slip past the big mans grasps and work to wittle the man away with a series of kicks and strikes. At one point even springboarding off the ropes and hitting a stunner on the man, which surprised Jacobs.
But Jacobs would get angry and come out of this clotheslining the small, but full of heart rookie. Cai would be singled out in the center of the ring, beaten down by Jacobs as he got a near fall. Eventually though, Cai would leap up with a hurricanrana and throw him into the corner. Cai leaps to make a tag to Adam, Adam tags in and as does Amelia.
Amelia takes Adam out with a flying forearm and then goes on the assault, kicking at Devlin, she has Devlin downed and tries to pull him into the corner with Dexter. Adam suddenly shoves Amelia into Dexter and knocks him off the apron! Chaos unfolds here as Adam runs to tag Cai, Amelia is still confused as Dexter is getting up but Amelia is spun around! DTF BFF's hit their tag finisher! 1... 2... 3! Cai Yukiko gets the pinfall! Dexter Jacobs hits the ring just a second too late as the BFFs retreat up the ramp!
We're back at ringside with Brennan Devlin and Dulce Desjardins handling commentary.
BRENNAN DEVLIN: "Lot of drama in that first round, DD. Bambi and Dash Dawkins having some trouble there, he didn't want to hit Ruby Red it seemed."
DULCE DESJARDINS: "We gorgeous redheads don't need punched in the face, I'm glad Dash saw that, myself."
BRENNAN DEVLIN: "I've been inside of a few pretty redheads and I do agree. We saw Clayton Kincaid and Kit move forward in what was an upset over the Queen of Cups Liv Mercer and Arlo Fenix. Big moves there."
DULCE DESJARDINS: "Lots of booty offense there for sure, they didn't know what to expect. Then Isaac Everett and Cheyenne Walker took out the veterans in Morgan and Vance."
BRENNAN DEVLIN: "Possibly the biggest upset of the night was Cai Yukiko scoring the win for her team over Amelia in that last match, the DTF BFF's just scored a win over a team that included the current Maimstream Splatterpunk Champion. But we got more coming up! Stay tuned."
We go right into the next one as Brennan seemed to hurry for time constraints! GO GO GO GO GO.
SIDE B: ROUND 2
- Natalie and Chad Kassidy vs. Trey Cole and Nixie Caine
We were back out with two favorites from the tournament so far, people a lot of folks had picked as eventual winners in Trey and Nixie, and Natalie and Chad! Both teams would hit the ring with a mixed chant for both sides, clearly they both had their support growing within the CCW faithful! Both teams take their corners and it looks like Chad and Trey start off, with Trey slipping out of a lockup and back suplexing Chad down. Chad gets up into an arm drag, repeatedly from Cole! His speed was a lot for the one true Chad to handle!
Chad backs into a corner and the crowd goes nuts, they want the women. Natalie's fired up, as is Nixie! They hit the ring and Natalie ducks a clothesline, german suplex to Nixie! That shocks even Natalie who can't believe it worked! But Nixie catches her with a spinning heel kick and seems to have her cornered, dragging her back to her partners corner where the two use tandem offense to get over on Natalie. Then get a near fall!
Natalie is struggling as both individuals in this thing have her singled out, she needs Chads help. She tries to make a tag only for Trey Cole to lift her up and hit a finish for another near fall! Why won't she stay dead?! They're looking like they're about to take Natalie out when she catches Trey in the neck with a boot. Trey struggles as Natalie jumps up and catches him with another high boot using her long legs knocking him on his ass.
She makes the hot tag and Chad gets in, Chad comes in and knocks Nixie off the apron! He catches Trey up in his arms and goes for but Trey slides out of it! Trey hits his own - Broken Crown!! 1... 2... KICKOUT! Chad wouldn't stay down getting a shoulder up! Trey goes to the top looking for a 630 Senton... He leaps off and misses entirely! Chad shoves Nixie off the apron and runs over to tag Natalie. He throws Trey into Natalie who hits her own version of Chads Chaddical Sabbatical aka a Codebreaker! Natalie hooks both legs... 1... 2... 3! THE KASSIDYS WIN!
After the match, both teams show some respect to one another and Nixie/Trey get their arms raised, hell of a showing as the Kassidys leave the ring to them to get some fanfare and love from the Faithful.
- Polly McPherson and Levi Blixt vs. Ethan Giles and Kira Brooks
Next up was the jacket loving team of Polly and Levi who were looking to jacket off into the stratosphere against Ethan and Kira! Ethan and Levi start off by locking up with Levi showing some surprising skill against Giles in this thing. Levi hadn't been as involved in a lot of wrestling as Giles had been recently, but Levi went toe to toe with Giles scoring a near fall at one point and even impressing the gentleman. But when Polly and Kira came in, Kira would quickly boot Polly in the gut, showing she was taking this seriously and being a bit ruthless as she had to be, she wanted the crown.
Polly would be downed and taken to Kiras corner, where Kira would choke her with a boot at one point. Kira was in control and hit her finish on Polly for a near fall. Polly had a lot of heart, managing to catch her with a DDT out of desperation! Polly wasn't done though! Polly gets up and goes for a tag but Kira stops her, boot from Polly! She locks in the Polly-Ivy on the downed Kira, she might tap out! Ethans yelling for Kira to hold on as Polly's freaking the fuck out.
Her dad Paulie McPherson is in the crowd cheering all this on but Kira makes it to the ropes! Polly quickly makes a tag as Levi tries to capitalize. Kira nearly rolls Levi up for a three out of nowhere, she was down but not out! Another kick from Kira sends Levi for a loop, giving her time to back into the corner for a tag! Kira takes off and knocks Polly off the apron, going to the outside! Ethan Giles with his finishing maneuver out of nowhere! 1... 2.. 3! Ethan wins for his team! Giles and Brooks celebrate to end the segment while Levi and Polly look to a disappointed Paulie.
- Conor Machina and Georgia Lancaster vs. Neve Marx and Casper Cole
Before this match could commence, there was a commotion after Georgia Lancasters entrance while Neve and Casper were in the ring. Andre Gates made an attack on Conor Machina as he was coming through the position with all the gorillas in the back. Andre was beating Conor with a chair while the CCW stagehands tried to break this all up.
It was pure chaos as Andre drives Conor through a table with a Gatecrasher! Georgia stands at ringside wondering what to do as staff held her back, and people checked on Conor. Eventually, Conor managed to stand up, bleeding from the head and coming to the ring. Georgia is concerned, all don't fight him, that Andre is a bitch and shit.
Conors all I know, but I gotta do this, I fight people and protect my family and you my family and they would have smooched and stuff but Conor was icky and bloody. As they had this discussion, Casper and Neve attack them from behind and drag them in the ring, Conor is wobbly as Neve tries to get ahodl of a fighting Georgia. Georgia shoves her off and goes for a clothesline only to eat a boot!
Neve locks in the Punctuation Marx aka a Muta Lock and holds her, making her watch while Casper sizes up Conor who's by this point dazed and throwing punches at nothing. Cole hits a Ghostbuster aka a Double A Spinebuster perfectly, then Neve scrambles to pin! 1... 2... 3! Neve celebrates loudly screaming she is Neve Machina now like she's already won the whole thing!
- Elena Taylor and Kai vs. RM Tapp and Muriel Puddings
This was huge, Elena Taylor and Kai had been showing quite a bit of talent so far for one of the young couples in this thing but they had their work cut out for them in the wrestling specialist Tapp and Muriel Puddings who had been under his tutelage, which turned out to not mean what she thought it meant.
Kai and Tapp would do a lot of pure wrestling, before Kai would trade out for Elena who would manage to keep up with the talented grappler. Eventually her kicks and judo moves would throw Tapp for a loop, leading him to tag Muriel in as he believed she wasn't fighting entirely fair with her wrestling moveset.
From there on, Elena would hold Muriel down with rough wrestling, kicks, punches and various holds, scoring a near fall on her several times. This frustrated Elena as she hits her finisher but Muriel would not stay down for the womans finishing maneuver. Elena tags in Kai who goes to the top for his Supreme Splash, aka a 450, but Muriel moves!
Muriel hastily hurries to tag in Tapp who rudely knocks Elena off the apron harder than he needed to! Tapp locks in the Tapped Out and Kai is forced to submit!!! Muriel forces a liplock on Tapp to celebrate, while Elena and Kai get some cheers from the crowd for their valiant effort.
BRENNAN DEVLIN: "Big stuff from a lot of people there, Dulce. The Kassidys with a bit of a shocker there over Trey and Nixie, but, they gave a hell of an effort."
DULCE DESJARDINS: "Did you see how disappointed Polly McPhersons dad, Paulie, was after her and Levi's loss to Kira and Ethan though? Poor old man."
BRENNAN DEVLIN: "Please don't kill this one."
DULCE DESJARDINS: "I won't. And that Andre Gates, mmph. Did you see what he did to Conor Machina? That's a man."
BRENNAN DEVLIN: "Please stop. But Neve and Casper moved on there, then last we saw Tapp and Muriel really get taken to task by Elena and Kai. Elena has big potential and has already won around the world, she's gonna keep doing big things and I'm sure we'll see her again real soon."
DULCE DESJARDINS: "Oh I'm sure, but love is in the air tonight, Brennan honey and we've got more coming up."
BRENNAN DEVLIN: "Hells yeah. We have Ruby Red, a wrestling legend, and Cole Black who has tormented wrestlers in the ring with his skillset against Clayton Kincaid, a tough as hell southern man with something to prove, and one of CCW's favorite ring announcers, Kit."
DULCE DESJARDINS: "Then we have Cheyenne Walker and Isaac Everett, we saw Cheyenne do big things at Excellence a while ago, while Isaacs a bit of a newer factor. Then of course, Cai Yukiko who has been a super rookie here forever and the big win has eluded her... will it be now she finally gets it? And your brother, I hate him."
BRENNAN DEVLIN: "That's so hot that you hate him, I do too. Now lets go to the next match!!"
SIDE A: ROUND 3
- Ruby Red and Cole Black vs. Clayton Kincaid and Kit
It was time for another big match as Clayton Kincaid and Kit faced their steepest challenge so far. The towering big man Cole Black waited in the ring while Ruby cackled in amusement at their opponents clear apprehension about stepping into the ring. Clayton would hit the ring telling Kit to stay back and he would begin to fight the monstrous Cole Black with kicks, using his speed to try to dropkick the mans legs out from under him or anything, and he would send Cole stumbling.
Eventually he gets Cole to a knee and goes for a running big boot! Cole catches him up for the Blackstar Requiem aka a Powerbomb Symphony! He keeps dropping him only for Kit to leap in to try to help against Clays orders! Ruby tags in catches her, ducks a clothesline as Cole hits the third powerbomb! Kit with a Rear View knocks Ruby down but she immediately sees Cole standing there. Ruby regains her composure and angrily drops Clay with a Seeing Red. Cole backs Kit into a corner then clotheslines her rather hard, throwing her on the pile as Ruby goes to cover them... 1... 2.. 3!
Ruby and Cole celebrate while taunting Kit who pulls Clay to safety, the Red Queen and the Black King stand tall, amused at what they had just done to end the match segment.
- Cheyenne Walker and Isaac Everett vs. Cai Yukiko and Adam Devlin
Cai and Adam were very lovey for most of this, the Valentines spirit had taken them over and they kept getting busy kissing in the corner. Cheyenne Walker and Cai Yukiko would start with a lockup, with Cheyenne overpowering the smaller Cai. But Yukiko would use her speed to knock the powerful Cheyenne off her game as this went on, taking control in the early goings.
Cheyenne would tag out to Isaac and things would continue to be at a disadvantage with Yukiko using her surprising wrestling skills to wittle down Everett. Eventually she tagged Devlin in and the two worked in tandem, singling out Isaac in their corner with stomps, kicks and otherwise. Devlin hits the DTFU for a near fall, much to his own annoyance.
Isaac hits a surprise poke to the eye, throwing Adam off, then drops him with a knee strike! Isaac rushes in and tags Cheyenne, Adam tags Cai, double clothesline in the center and both women are down! Adam quickly reaches out and tags Cai, trying to protect her as she seemed to bump heads with Cheyenne and be knocked loopy! Adam climbs to the top, leaps off at Cheyenne but she dodges! Cheyenne suddenly, amazingly powers Adam up into the air and hits her finish! 1... 2... 3!!! Cheyenne and Everett move on! Outside of the ring, the DTF BFFs regroup and start to make out, seemingly unbothered.
We see Krissy and Kyla Lang, and Ayumi all go rolling by still doing it like they did in the first round of the Couples Crown just a little while ago. Weird.
BRENNAN DEVLIN: "Some surprises there, Ruby Red and Cole Black gave a dominant performance but Kit and Clay gave it their all. Good effort for Kit who had never wrestled prior to this, but the Red and Black were just too much."
DULCE DESJARDINS: "Little brother got his too, Cheyenne Walker threw him around the ring. Sorry about Cai though."
BRENNAN DEVLIN: "Sometimes you have to break a few eggs. Next up we're heading into Side B, Round 3, and it's Natalie and Chad Kassidy taking on Ethan Giles and Kira Brooks as our first match, and then we have a hell of a followup."
DULCE DESJARDINS: "Casper Cole and Neve Marx taking on RM Tapp and Muriel Puddings, that's gonna be big too. Excited to see them, handsome."
BRENNAN DEVLIN: "Oh you."
He giggled as we go into the next match.
SIDE B: ROUND 3
- Natalie and Chad Kassidy vs. Ethan Giles and Kira Brooks
This was a competitive match between these four competitors, with Natalie holding her own against Kira Brooks most of the early parts of the match. Kira continued to show a vicious streak, clearly eager to come out on top and survive, and win this thing. Kira would overpower Natalie for much of the early half of the match after a well placed kick to Natalie right in the bread basket, where she stores all of her bread for energy.
Chad tried to pump up the crowd as Natalie was singled out, with Ethan stomping away at Natalie after a tag, apologizing after every one. Sorry's filled the arena as Ethan for once seemed to be getting booed by the crowd. Ethan goes for the Piggyback Ride Airplane Spin thingy, leaving Natalie dizzy but once he sits her down she takes his head off almost with a lariat. What the hell?! Where did Natalie get that power?
I'll tell you where, pregnancy. She has pumped out babies so her entire body is stronger, like the X-Men. You think Wolverine wouldn't shoot out a baby like a fucking cannon? Natalie makes the hot tag to Chad and Chad comes in like a ball of hot Chad fire! Big Chad Boot to Ethan! He goes for a Karate Chad on Kira but she ducks, then he goes for a Chad Uppercut knocking Kira off the apron! Chad's popping off! He turns into a Giles Lock! Ethan has him locked in!
Chad struggles not to tap, the crowd going wild as Giles may have this! Chad puts his foot on the ropes and Natalie breathes a sigh of relief. Giles is frustrated only for Chad to reach up and hurl him into a ring post! This gives him a moment to tag Natalie, while Kira tags in on Giles! Both women take eachother out with a clothesline, with both struggling to get up! Natalie dodges a spin kick from Kira and German Suplexes Kira, doubling her over! Kira tries to recover but walks into a Chaddical Sabbatical! 1... 2... 3! NATALIE AND CHAD WIN AGAIN!
After the match both teams give a nod of respect to one another of sorts, before Natalie and Chad begin to celebrate their victory.
- Casper Cole and Neve Marx vs. RM Tapp and Muriel Puddings
This match begins with Neve screaming in Tapps face that she's 'REAL MAN NEVE' now aka RM Neve. Both lock up with Neve catching him with one of her kicks, those long legs knock Tapp for a loop. Tapp out of nowhere catches her with a belly to belly suplex but Neve gets up and screeches at him, taking him down with a Thesz Press. She starts pummeling the bajesus out of him until Tapp covers up! The referee breaks it up as Neve is vicious here, she isn't about to miss their chance at the semi finals!
Tapp tags out to Muriel once he gets some distance, needing to regroup and then Muriel and Neve lock up! Neve says she's gonna be Neve Puddings too and this pisses Muriel off who uses her bulk to shove Neve into a corner. Neve is in trouble as Muriel pancakes her into the corner with several splashes. Neve stumbles out like she's been smashed and tags Casper in, says she's going to lay down for a second as she collapses on the apron! Casper hits the ring and running boots Muriel! GHOSTBUSTER! 1.. 2... KICKOUT!
Muriel is on the ropes already, the surprising move from Casper while she was busy showboating caught her off guard! She manages to get to the ropes after throwing Casper across the ring with her massive bulk and tags in Tapp! Before Casper can get up... TAPP CLASSIC! Tapp forces Casper to tap out after a valiant effort from Neve and Casper, but it was just too much to deal with Tapp and Muriel! Neve is still in the corner feeling pancaked as she crawls over to Casper and the match ends.
We're back with Devlin and Desjardins who go into the show so far.
BRENNAN DEVLIN: "We're back, and wow, Natalie and Chad get a surprise victory there over Kira and Ethan. Didn't see that coming."
DULCE DESJARDINS: "Neve and Casper were sure favorites after their last run in the Couples Cup too and Tapp and Muriel overcame them, shocking."
BRENNAN DEVLIN: "Up next, Ruby Red and Cole Black take on Cheyenne Walker and Isaac Everett. And then we see RM Tapp and Muriel Puddings take on Natalie and Chad Kassidy. Big stuff ahead."
DULCE DESJARDINS: "Stay tuned."
Dulce said with an added wink as he go to the next part of the show.
SEMI FINAL:
- Ruby Red and Cole Black vs. Cheyenne Walker and Isaac Everett
This match saw the young couple of Cheyenne and Isaac taking on the tried and tested Red and Black. We saw Red start against Cheyenne, who matched a lot of the power Cheyenne had shown herself to have throughout this cup thus far. The semi finals carried on with Ruby driving a boot into Cheyennes gut early on to take control of the thing. Ruby had done a lot less work throughout this event, using Cole early on to take control, so she was coming from a fresher perspective than Cheyenne and it showed.
But eventually Cheyenne would power out of Rubys repeated stomps and attacks to Samoan Drop her and tag in Everett. Ruby would take a few moves from Everett before jacking his jaw with an uppercut, then a Snapmare Takedown into a running boot. She would soon tag in Cole Black who would lift Isaac off the mat and begin the Blackstar Requiem, aka a Powerbomb Symphony, driving Everett into the mat repeatedly. Then he threw the hurt man back into his corner and demanded Cheyenne tag in or he'd keep going.
Cheyenne was brave and tagged in, running at Cole who tried to clothesline her, she would surprise him with a running boot knocking him to a knee. Then she went for another only for Ruby to grab her hair and stop her! The women began to strike eachother as the referee lost control... Out of nowhere, Cole lifts Cheyenne up into the air, hurling her onto the turnbuckle! Black Kings Crown aka a Rope Hung Stunner! Ruby then tags in and drives her into the mat with a Seeing Red before laying down atop her and hooking the leg... 1... 2... 3! Red and Black move to the finals!
- RM Tapp and Muriel Puddings vs. Natalie and Chad Kassidy
It's time for the last match of the night, but this one's a bit different than the usual plan. See, Natalie is yelling she wants Tapp given recent evens. Muriel and Chad discuss among themselves and step off the aprons, they're leaving it to Natalie and Tapp! Tapp is cocky, confident that things are going to go well, to the point he allows Natalie to get the first hit in. They move close in the center of the ring and Tapp is making kissy faces, mocking her, all of the sudden, Natalie fucking headbutts him several times!
Tapp is stunned, she loops around him and locks in a waistlock, german suplex! Natalie swivels her hips and hits another! Then she swivels again and another! Another swivel and she germans him again! Then one more which she hooks into a bridge for a pinfall attempt! 1.. 2... 3... NO! Tapp kicks out and rushes out of the ring, regrouping with Muriel and yelling what was that! Muriel says it has to be a fluke as Natalie bounces off the ropes, taunting him from the ring while Chad just grins.
Tapp decides Muriel was right and hits the ring! BUSAIKU KNEE KICK! Tapp is taken down and Natalie starts slapping him repeatedly across the back of the head as if she's playing with him, bullying him! Full Nelson Suplex from Natalie! Tapp is freaking out but Natalie lifts him up! Vertical suplex! She swivels her hips again and another! Then another! Tapp scurries for the ropes trying to get Muriel in to help but they made a deal! Tapp catches Natalie with a Fishermans Suplex as Natalie tries to go for him! 1... 2... KICKOUT!
Natalie is back up and strikes him with a forearm, then another, and another, Tapp goes to lift her up though! But Natalie locks him in a guillotine choke! Tapps fading! He's yelling for Muriel to help! Outside the ring, Chad blindsides Muriel and throws her into a ring post! Tapp is fading fast but refuses to give up! Eventually Tapp drops to the mat and is announced to be knocked out! Natalie Kassidy just outwrestled RM Tapp!!! The crowd can't believe it as Natalie stands over him celebrating and is soon met by Chad!
After the match, we see Ruby Red and Cole Black wander out onto the stage looking amused, and we see Natalie and Chad both acknowledge them. Both teams stare one another down...
BRENNAN DEVLIN: "I guess we have our final, the main event of Valentines Slay, it's gonna be Natalie and Chad Kassidy taking on the team of Ruby Red and Cole Black."
DULCE DESJARDINS: "Ooooh this is gonna be good."
BRENNAN DEVLIN: "Natalie was a wrestling machine tonight, out wrestling a guy like Tapp, who trained this woman? Then we saw Ruby Red and Cole Black give a dominant performance earlier in the night, and Chad was here."
DULCE DESJARDINS: "It's going to be a very even fight for sure, anyone could win, but you'll hear more about all this when we see you at Valentines Slay!"
The show closes with both teams taunting one another while Tapp looks dejected and Muriel offers him hand stuff, Tapp considers it before walking away, and we focus on the staredown between two teams.
